Has been approaching for little over two years now. The first homes in Jubilee were moved into in late February 2004 in the Village of Bainbridge. As expansion in the community continues, with other Villages (Camano, Vashon Glen, Mercer Crest, Clark’s Landing, Cypress Cove, Pearls Crossing and Orcas Ridge) several residents found that perhaps they downsized too much and wanted a larger home in Jubilee or a home on the golf course. Since most everyone absolutely loves living here in Jubilee, they want to stay, and they are fortunate to have options to move within the community. Of course, circumstances change in an active adult community, with some residents finding that they have to relocate to a new location due to family illness or other circumstances.
You will find in the resale market, the ability and opportunity to occupy your home sooner, than is the case with new construction, with a lot of the decisions already made for you. The yards and patios are in, the décor is tastefully done, but you may have to make at least three changes in order for it to become your own. Many of the resale homes are filled with upgrades and architectural amenities, so you will find some absolute fabulous places.
When talking about upgrades, they are numerous from the floors, silestone countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom built-ins, crown molding, air conditioning, painted woodwork, fireplaces with their handsome mantles, lighting fixtures, sound systems and more. Not only do some of the exteriors have brick and stonework, but also the backyards are absolute oases with brick and stone patios, fountains, waterfalls, perennials and evergreens. The association, with scheduled mowing, maintains all front yards, including the weeding and watering. The backyards express the individual lifestyle choices of the owner (whether it is a full-time resident or a snowbird).
We would be happy to send you information on the Jubilee Community and also a list of homes for sale. We can assist you with a re-sale or new construction home.
There are currently over 625 total homes built in the Jubilee Community where residents reside. Approximately 1100 single-family homes are planned for the build-out of the community.
